Content from C2ChangeMagazine.com may not be copied or distributed; or republished, uploaded, decompiled, posted or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of R.L. Byrd, except that you may download one (1) copy of the Contents on one (1) computer for your personal, non-commercial, non-business, home or archival use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained therein. Modification or unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright, trademark and other laws and intellectual property rights of R.L. Byrd and third parties. The Contents of the R.L. Restriction of Liability

Channeling Creative Change Magazine (hereafter C2Change Magazine) will not be liable for damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. C2Change Magazine will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, reliance, consequential or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the materials in or software available through this site, even if there is negligence or even if C2Change Magazine or an authorized C2Change Magazine agent or representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. C2Change Magazine’s total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.

Submissions

All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to C2Change Magazine through the C2Change Magazine (together, the “Submission”) will forever be the property of C2Change Magazine. C2Change Magazine will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product, or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future C2Change Magazine operations and Contents. Without limitation, C2Change Magazine will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. Except as noted below in this paragraph, C2Change Magazine will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission. Our Mission

C2Change (Channeling Creative Change) Magazine launched to chronicle and bring attention to social and racial injustices—providing a platform for voiceless and disenfranchised people of color. Founded in 2018, our mission is to build dialogue about personal experiences, community challenges, and cultural struggles; chronicling each experience, challenge and struggle to push for the continual change and betterment of our communities for the next generation.
